Abstract:
To easily perform delay compensation of switching of a switching element.SOLUTION: An electric power conversion device comprises: a power conversion unit that performs power conversion by switching of a switching element; and a control unit that performs switching control of the switching element. The control unit learns a delay time for each temperature of the power conversion part when turning on/off the switching element, sets a control command with application of correction processing using the delay time on a basic command, and performs the switching control of the switching element on the basis of the control command.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
