Abstract:
To provide a power conversion apparatus provided with a control device for preventing a switching element from erroneously making a determination.SOLUTION: A power conversion apparatus includes a switching element, a control device that is connected to the switching element and controls operation of the switching element, and a battery that is connected to the control device and supplies power to the control device. The control device includes a memory that stores determination information regarding the switching element. The control device selectively executes one of previously stored control rules on the basis of the determination information stored in the memory. However, when detecting that the control device is disconnected from the battery, the control device updates the determination information stored in the memory on the basis of a determination signal received from the switching element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
