To provide a power conversion device in which electromagnetic noise generated from wiring is suppressed from passing through a substrate.SOLUTION: A power conversion device includes a substrate 700, a conductive member 830 that connects the substrate and an external power supply 910, and case 600 that stores the substrate and the conductive member in a storage space, which is made of a first highly magnetically permeable material with higher magnetic permeability than air, and the case is formed with an opening 625 that opens into an inner surface 620a that partitions a part of the storage space in the side portion 620 of the case and an outer surface 620b behind the case, and a peripheral edge portion 640 that extends in an annular shape around the outer surface side of the opening and stands in the alignment direction of the opening on the inner surface side and the opening on the outer surface side, and the peripheral edge portion is formed of a second highly magnetically permeable material having a higher magnetic permeability than air, and at least a part of the substrate is located in a projection area in the alignment direction of the openings, and the conductive member extends from the substrate housed in the storage space through the hollows of the openings and the peripheral portions toward the outside of the storage space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
