Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply circuit and the like, capable of suppressing overshoot voltage of a load circuit even when input voltage has abruptly risen after the input voltage has reduced.SOLUTION: A switching power supply 100 receives a first voltage V1 as input, and outputs a second voltage V2 obtained by stepping down the first voltage V1. A linear power supply 200 includes a transistor T2 that receives the second voltage V2 as input and outputs a third voltage V3 obtained by smoothing the second voltage V2. A full-on determination circuit 300 determines whether or not the transistor T2 is in a full-on state. An output voltage changeover circuit 400, when it has been determined that the transistor T2 is not in the full-on state, makes output voltage setting of the switching power supply 100 be a first setting value; and, when it has been determined that the transistor T2 is in the full-on state, makes the output voltage setting of the switching power supply 100 be a second setting value lower than the first setting value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
