Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply apparatus having a high degree of freedom at the time of usage with a voltage relation of a power source not being limited.SOLUTION: A power supply apparatus comprises: an oscillation circuit 20 generating a clock signal based on a bias voltage supplied and outputting the clock signal; a booster circuit 30 being supplied with the bias voltage and input with the clock signal, the booster circuit boosting the bias voltage based on the clock signal and outputting the bias voltage boosted; a detection circuit 40 detecting a potential difference between an input voltage and the bias voltage and outputting a voltage selecting signal for selecting any one of the bias voltage and the bias voltage boosted; and a voltage selection circuit 50 selecting any one voltage of the bias voltage and the bias voltage boosted on the basis of the voltage selecting signal and outputting the selected voltage as a gate voltage of a switching element 80.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
