Abstract:
To provide a power supply system that can increase the consumption of the power generated by a power generation unit.SOLUTION: A power supply system includes: a photovoltaic power generation unit 10 capable of generating power using natural energy; a storage battery 20 capable of charging and discharging power; a water heater 50 for generating and storing heat by consuming the power; and control units (hybrid power controller 30 and control unit 60) to control the operation of the storage battery 20 and the water heater 50. The control unit calculates surplus power that is surplus with respect to the power demand by a load H out of power generated by the photovoltaic power generation unit 10, and performs operation method determination control (plan control shown in Fig. 2 and execution control shown in Fig. 4) for determining the operation method of the storage battery 20 and the water heater 50 on the basis of the surplus power.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
