Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress gear rattling of an input gear arranged at an output shaft and an idler gear arranged at one path, in a power transmission device having two power transmission paths between an input shaft and the output shaft.SOLUTION: A power transmission device for a vehicle comprises: a first path for transmitting a drive force by a continuously variable transmission; and a second path arranged in parallel with the first path and transmitting the drive force by a gear train, between an input shaft and an output shaft. An idler gear 63 which is meshed with a second input gear 71 arranged at the output shaft and idly rotates, when the drive force is transmitted via the first path, is arranged in the second path. An oil passage 63a for discharging oil to the outside in a radial direction from a center part is formed at the idler gear 63. The oil passage 63a is extended in a direction which is inclined from the radial direction so that the idler gear 63 receives a force for rotating the gear in the same direction as that of a second input gear 71 by a reaction of the discharge of the oil.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
