Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the forward and backward traveling of a cutter shaft, from intermittent control by air pressure to continuous control, by using a hydraulic cylinder and an electric jack.SOLUTION: A cutter blade pressing control device and method, feedback-controls a motor(40) of an electric jack (41) abutting on a cylinder body (13) of a hydraulic cylinder (10) connected to a cutter shaft (4), with a stroke control signal (60a) obtained by supplying a pressure signal (50a) from a pressure meter (50) of the hydraulic cylinder (10) to a control unit (60), when cutting a strand pressed by a dice (1) with a cutter blade (2) provided on a cutter holder (3) at a tip end (4a) of a cutter shaft (4) rotated by a cutter motor (23).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
