Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure controller, manipulation system, and pressure control method, which can efficiently and suitably fix a minute object irrespective of operator's skill and technique.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a pressure control apparatus to which fixing means for fixing a minute object is attached by internal pressure. Here, the apparatus comprises: a pressure control section for adjusting the internal pressure of the fixing means; an imaging section comprising: an imaging unit that images a minute object; and a calculation section that calculates a position of a minute object based on an image obtained from the imaging section. The pressure control section begins suction by fixing means in a state that the minute object is being separated from the fixing means, and then determined whether the minute object is fixed to the fixing means based on the information about a change in the position of the minute object received from the calculation section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
