Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that can immediately check an image of a picture that is actually outputted without performing complicated operation at a plurality of operation modes in the image forming apparatus and to provide a preview display method of the image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus which comprises a plurality of operation modes, generates a display image on the basis of inputted image data and preview-displays the generated display image selectably includes the plurality of operation modes. When the selected operation mode is a copy mode or an E-mail transmission mode, preview display during reading displays the display image of a hue corresponding to that of the image data, and finish preview display displays the display image of the hue corresponding to function setting.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
