Abstract:
To suppress occurrence of failure due to falling of a solder paste during recovery.SOLUTION: A screen printer includes: a solder paste recovery device 71 which recovers a paste Pst scraped to a printing finish position; a mask automatic positioning unit 91 which positions a screen mask at a printing position; and a substrate holding and moving mechanism 12 which holds a substrate, and aligns the substrate relative to the screen mask. In the screen printer, if the solder paste recovery device 71 does not reach the printing finish position, a first screen mask 13F is moved to a solder paste recovery device 71 side by using the mask automatic positioning unit 91, and the substrate holding and moving mechanism 12 is moved to the solder paste recovery device 71 side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
