Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment agent for synthetic fiber capable of suppressing variation of fiber forming property by temperature change such as seasonal factor and reducing fuzz or thread breakage.SOLUTION: There is provided a treatment agent for synthetic fiber containing an ester component (A) having a structure where glycerin and linear fatty acid are ester linked and an ester component (B) having a structure where tetra- or higher-valent polyalcohol having at least one ether bond and fatty acid are ester linked, where difference of HLB value of the ester component (A) and the ester component (B) is 5 or less, percentage of the ester component (B) is 0.0001 to 1 pt.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the ester component (A). There is provided a treatment agent where weight average molecular weight of the ester component (A) is 500 to 1200, weight average molecular weight of the ester component (B) is 750 to 20000 and the ester component (B) has 3 or more ester groups in a molecule.SELECTED DRAWING: None
