Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing a step motor.SOLUTION: A step motor comprises a rotor composed of a two-pole permanent magnet, an integral plate-like stator having a rotor hole in which the rotor is put and is magnetically coupled with the rotor, and a coil fixed to the stator. The rotor hole has a structure generating retaining torque on its outer periphery. The stator is composed of a retaining torque part including the structure generating the retaining torque and a yoke part except for the retaining torque part. Moreover, in the step motor where the retaining torque part thinner than the thickness of the yoke part is positioned in the center of a thickness direction of the yoke part, the rotor hole is formed by press work of the stator member, and the retaining torque part is molded by cutting work by a milling machine of the stator member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
