Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing system which corrects the angle of rotation of a workpiece when a robot transports the workpiece to a processing machine.SOLUTION: A processing system 9 comprises a detector 40 for detecting the angle of rotation of a workpiece when the workpiece is held by a robot 2. A controller 5 includes a storage part 63 for storing a reference angle of rotation to be used as a reference for a workpiece angle of rotation, and an error calculating unit 64 for calculating the rotational error in respect to the reference angle of rotation for the workpiece angle of rotation detected by the detector 40. The controller 5 corrects the angle of rotation of a fixing jig based on the rotational error so as to correspond to the workpiece angle of rotation detected by the detector 40 when the robot 2 transports the workpiece to the fixing jig.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
