Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-density three-dimensional fibrous structural form relatively simple to produce and suitable as a reinforcing material for composite materials for rotator design. SOLUTION: This three-dimensional fibrous structural form 1 comprises a resin support 2 formed in rotator shape, fiber-reinforced composite material rods 3 radially inserted into the outside of the support 2, and a laminated yarn group 4 consisting of a plurality of yarn layers arranged outside the support 2 so as to lie along the outer surface of the support 2, wherein the support 2 is formed cylindrically, and the laminated yarn group 4 comprises axial yarn layers composed of axial yarns 5 arranged in planes each including the central axis of the support 2 and circumferential yarn layers composed of circumferential yarns 6 arranged in planes rectangular to the above central axis.
