Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic driving vehicle which, regardless of the intention or an error of a driver, observes traffic regulations and enables travel conformity to road signs and road markings.SOLUTION: An automatic driving vehicle has a manual driving mode and an automatic driving mode. The automatic driving vehicle comprises condition element detection means which detects one or more condition elements used for the own vehicle to determine whether or not one or more switching conditions predetermined on the basis of traffic regulations are satisfied, and comprises determination means which, during traveling in the manual driving mode, during parking or during vehicle stopping, determines based on a detection output from the condition element detection means whether or not the switching condition is satisfied. Driving mode control means, when the determination means determines that the switching condition is satisfied, switches from the manual driving mode to the automatic driving mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
