Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detection device that can acquire proper radiation images, and enables real time processing.SOLUTION: An X-ray detection device 30 comprises: a low energy-purpose scintillator 31 that converts an X-ray of a low energy range into scintillation light; a low energy-purpose line sensor 32 that detects the scintillation light to output image data; a high energy-purpose scintillator 33 that converts an X-ray of a high energy range into scintillation light; and a high energy-purpose line sensor 34 that detects the scintillation light to output image data. A number of pixels L of the low energy-purpose line sensor 32 and a number of pixels H of the high energy-purpose line sensor 34 have the same number of pixels, and are arrayed at the same pixel pitch. Minimum filter processing is conducted to the image data from the low energy-purpose line sensor 32, and averaging processing is conducted to the image data from the high energy-purpose line sensor 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
