Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of a communication disabled state due to battery exhaustion after communication caused by the occurrence of communication a user cannot select.SOLUTION: A communication server 100 receives battery residual information indicating the battery residual quantity of a mobile communication terminal 200 from the mobile communication terminal 200. In addition, when the battery residual quantity of the mobile communication terminal 200 is equal to or less than a predetermined first reference value of the battery residual quantity, the communication server 100 regulates communication between the mobile communication terminal and an opposite communication party other than an opposite communication party identified by an ID stored in association with the mobile communication terminal 200. Furthermore, when the battery residual quantity of the mobile communication terminal 200 is equal to or less than a second reference value less than the first reference value, the communication server 100 further regulates a call to the mobile communication terminal 200 from the opposite communication party identified by the ID stored in association with the mobile communication terminal 200.
