Abstract:
To provide a reactor which suppresses propagation of vibration of a coil and vibration of a core, and reduces the vibration.SOLUTION: A reactor includes: a mold coil 3a having a cylindrical coil and a coil mold resin 4 coating at least a part of the cylindrical coil; and mold cores 1a and 1b having a core having leg parts 12 around which the coils are wound, and a core mold resin 2 coating at least a part of the core. The coil mold resin 4 has a coil side fit part 43 to which the mold cores 1a and 1b are fit, and the core mold resin 2 has a core side fit part 22 which is fit into the coil side fit part 43 at a position corresponding to the coil side fit part 43. The mold cores 1a and 1b are not brought into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the mold coil 3a over the whole region, a gap is provided in the whole region of the inner peripheral surfaces of the mold cores 1a and 1b, and the mold coil 3a, and a clearance between the core side fit part 22 and the coil side fit part 43 is smaller than the gap.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
