Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict a dischargeable time of a secondary battery at a high speed and with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A secondary battery characteristic evaluation device 10 includes: a charge and discharge characteristic measurement part 11 for repeatedly charging and discharging a secondary battery 50 for evaluation, and measuring a prescribed characteristic of the secondary battery 50 for evaluation; a database creation part 21 for creating a characteristic database by associating a measurement value of the prescribed characteristic of the secondary battery 50 for evaluation measured by the charge and discharge characteristic measurement part 11 with an actual value of a dischargeable time of the secondary battery 50 for evaluation; a neural network constitution part 22 for inputting the measurement value of the prescribed characteristic, constituting a neural network for outputting a prediction value of a dischargeable time of the secondary battery 50 for evaluation, and outputting constitution data for constituting the neural network in the case of satisfying prescribed prediction accuracy; and a transmission part 23 for transmitting the constitution data of the neural network received from the neural network constitution part 22.
