Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycling method of rare-earth magnet capable of regenerating a high quality magnet material efficiently, by performing composition analysis of used magnets in the form of a mass having a certain size, as they are, without crushing and grinding the used magnets.SOLUTION: A recycling method of rare-earth magnet includes a magnetic force inspection step S1 for inspecting magnetic force, a demagnetization step S2 for demagnetizing a magnet determined that it has a magnetic force in the magnetic force inspection step, a composition analysis step S3 for analyzing the composition of a magnet determined that it does not have a magnetic force in the magnetic force inspection step, and a selection step S4 for selecting a magnet based on the analysis results in the composition analysis step.
