Abstract:
To cause a refrigerant to become a superheated state without deteriorating performance of a cascade heat exchanger.SOLUTION: A refrigerant cycle system 100 includes a first refrigerant circuit 1, a second refrigerant circuit 2 and a first cascade heat exchanger 21. The first refrigerant circuit 1 is a steam compression type refrigeration cycle. The second refrigerant circuit 2 is a steam compression type refrigeration cycle. The first cascade heat exchanger 21 exchanges heat between a first refrigerant flowing in the first refrigerant circuit 1 and a second refrigerant flowing in the second refrigerant circuit 2. The refrigerant cycle system 100 further includes switching mechanisms 13, 25. The switching mechanisms 13, 25 switch a refrigerant flow passage of at least any one of the first refrigerant circuit 1 and the second refrigerant circuit 2. The first cascade heat exchanger 21 includes a first main heat exchange part 21a and a first sub heat exchange part 21b. The first sub heat exchange part 21b is for causing the first refrigerant that has passed through the first main heat exchange part 21a to become a superheated state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
