Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration compressor excellent in reliability without deteriorating abrasion resistance, even with low viscosity of lubricant and downsizing of a slide part.SOLUTION: At least one slide member constituting a compression element comprises a base material 150 made of a ferrous material and an oxide film 151 formed on the surface of the base material. The oxide film comprises, in order from an outermost surface of a slide surface, an outermost portion 151a whose main component is made of diiron trioxide (FeO), an intermediate portion 151b whose main component comprises triiron tetraoxide (FeO) and contains silicate (Si oxide), and an internal portion 151c whose main component is triiron tetraoxide (FeO) and contains silicate (Si oxide) and a silicon (Si) solid solution part. Consequently, abnormal abrasion due to agglutination or the like can be prevented, and reliability can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
