To provide a curbstone block and a separation distance measuring device capable of easily and accurately measuring a separation distance from a vehicle.SOLUTION: A curbstone block 100 is provided at the boundary of a roadway. A void part 131 opening to the side face of the roadway is formed in the curb block 100. A sensor unit 140 used for measuring the distance to vehicles is placed in the void part 131.
