PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dew condensation while enhancing a heat insulation property of a residential section.SOLUTION: A house Br has a first residential section 3A surrounded by a heat insulation material 21, and a second residential section 3B that is not surrounded by the heat insulation material 21 or is surrounded by a heat insulation material 21 of lower performance than the heat insulation material 21, the residential sections being adjacent to each other. The house Br includes exhaustion means 25 for exhausting air Ar in the first residential section 3A to outside, air supply means 26 for supplying outdoor air Ao to the second residential section 3B and bringing the second residential section 3B to a positive pressure state, and partitioning means 27 that communicates the first residential section 3A with the second residential section 3B in a way that enables ventilation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
