Abstract:
To provide a rice cooker capable of executing meticulous heating depending on a material to be cooked.SOLUTION: A rice cooker includes a pot 4 for storing a material to be cooked containing water, a heating coil 11 for heating the pot 4, and rice cooking control means 51 for controlling the heating coil 11. The heating coil 11 includes a bottom coil 11-2 and a side coil 11-1. An energization pattern of the bottom coil 11-2 and the side coil 11-1 when the heating coil 11 is driven includes a plurality of energization patterns that energize the bottom coil 11-2 and the side coil 11-1 alternately. In a heating/boiling process for raising the temperature of the material to be cooked to boiling, the rice cooking control means 51 switches the energization patterns at least once by the time water boils.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
