Abstract:
To provide a rotary cutter grinding device which not only can grind blades so that the blades which complete grinding are made even, but also can adjust grinding amount in accordance with wear extent of the blades, independent of sensibility of an operator.SOLUTION: In a rotary cutter grinding device 1, a rotary cutter support part 11 and a grinder support part 13 provided on a base 15 are brought close to/away from each other by a swinging operation of a swinging lever 12 provided on the rotary cutter support part 11, and a blade 31 of a rotary cutter 3 attached to the rotary cutter support part 11 is pushed against a grind stone 41 of a grinder 4 retained onto the grinder support part 13 to perform grinding. Therein, when the blade 31 of the rotary cutter 3 is pushed against the grind stone 41 of the grinder 4, a cam 2 in which a lateral edge 221 is abutted on a specified portion of the swinging lever 12 is axially attached to the base 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
