Abstract:
To provide a sauna mat.SOLUTION: A sauna mat 1 according to the embodiment is one on which a user is seated in the sauna and includes: a rubber foam rubber sheet (10) that is formed into a sheet-like shape and contains air bubbles; a surface sheet (20) made by fiber that covers a surface side of the foam rubber sheet; a rear surface sheet (30) made by fiber that covers a rear surface side of the foam rubber sheet; and a bending part (40) which divides the foam rubber sheet into one area and the other and switches a bent state and an unfolded state as a fold of the foam rubber sheet.
