Abstract:
PURPOSE: To evenly foam and discharge a viscous liquid content by a method wherein on the peripheral wall of a cap, a vertically movable upper lid is put, and an air pump is provided between the upper lid and cap.
CONSTITUTION: When an upper lid 130 is depressed by hand, a bellows-form air pump 133 is crushed, and air in the air pump 133 under a pressurized condition transfers into a cap 120, and further transfers into a container main body 110 from a check valve 114 of a partitioning plate 113 which covers the mouth part of the container. A liquid content ascends in a discharging pipe 13 by the transferred air under the pressurized condition, and at the same time, the air under the pressurized condition ascends an extremely fine groove 14 which is provided between the outer surface of the discharging pipe 13 and a pipe holder 15, and reaches the internal hole of a positioning ring 16 and is mixed with the content which ascends in the discharging pipe 13. The content and air under a mixed condition further ascend, pass through a screen 19 under the pressurized condition. Then, the air disperses in the content, and the content is foamed and discharged from a discharging nozzle 11. When the hand is removed from the upper lid 130, the upper lid ascends by a restoring force of the air pump, and outside air is fed through a check valve 123.
