Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable the stable centering and to improve the assembling workability by providing a centering member having plural cantilevers, the free end parts of which are brought into contact with a side wall of the circumferential part of a recessed part arranged at the center of a turntable.
CONSTITUTION: On the turntable 1, the recessed part 1b having the circular- arcuate side wall 1a concentric to the center the is arranged, and the diameter of the side wall 1a is formed slightly larger than that of a through-hole 5a at the center of a disk 5. Also, the centering member 2 having 12 sets of cantilevers 2a, the free end parts of which are brought into contact with the side wall 1a at the time of loading on the turntable 1, is provided. The dimension of the concentric circular-arcuate side wall 1a of the turntable 1 is stable with high accuracy since it is determined by the accuracy of a mold. Consequently, the roundness of the circle described by the plural cantilevers is high since the plural cantilevers 2a are brought into contact with this side wall 1a, then the force applied to the cantilevers is uniformized at the time of loading the disk. So, the accurate centering without eccentric components is attained.
