Abstract:
To provide scissors facilitating releasing with one hand a lock state that a blade is closed.SOLUTION: Scissors include: a spring 14 for imparting force in a direction of expanding an interval between a first grip part 112 and a second grip part 122; and a stopper part 17 for holding the first grip part 112 and the second grip part 122 at a fixed interval. The stopper part 17 has a protrusion 15 and a hook part 16. The stopper part 17 suppresses movement by which an interval between the first grip part 112 and the second grip part 122 is expanded when the protrusion 15 is positioned in a notch part of the hook part 16, and can move when the protrusion 15 is positioned outside the notch part. When the interval between the first grip part 112 and the second grip part 122 is narrowed in a state that the protrusion 15 is positioned in the notch part, the protrusion 15 comes into contact with a guide part, and the hook part 16 is rotated around a rotary shaft part so as to position the protrusion 15 outside the notch part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
