Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing member which has a planar shape and exhibits flexibility, and with which a conveyed medium is hardly hooked in comparison to a sealing member whose downstream side of a medium in a conveyance direction is bent toward a guide wall side.SOLUTION: A sealing member comprises: a contact part which has a planar shape and exhibits flexibility, seals a conveyance path of a medium by contacting with a guide wall guiding the conveyed medium on a free end side located on the downstream side in a conveyance direction and allows the passage of the medium between the guide wall and itself by contacting with the conveyed medium; and a regulation member which is provided between the contact part and a facing wall facing the guide wall and regulates an amount of separation of the contact part from the guide wall by contacting with the facing wall.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
