PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discover a fraudulent small bundle bill stored in a small bundle storage at an early stage.SOLUTION: A sealing small bundle payment machine 1 which handles a small bundle bill bundled together for each denomination includes: a small bundle closet which stores small bundle bill by a first-in and last-out method; a first storage part 7 that memorizes the small bundle bill stored in the small bundle closet corresponding to a stored date; a control part 10 which retrieves the date memorized by the first storage part 7 and which displays warning on a display section 5 when detecting a presence of the small bundle bill stored in the small bundle closet beyond a predetermined period.
