Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily discharge residual electric charges in an X capacitor in unplugging without increasing external elements nor components.SOLUTION: A power supply control circuit (13) which generates and outputs a drive pulse for ON/OFF control over a switching element (SW) is provided with: an ON/OFF control signal generating circuit which generates a control signal for ON/OFF control over the switching element (SW) for supplying a current intermittently to a primary-side winding of a transformer for voltage conversion; a high-voltage input start terminal (HV) to which an AC voltage to be rectified is input; a high-voltage input monitor circuit (40) monitoring a voltage at the high-voltage input start terminal; and discharging means (45) connected between the high-voltage input start terminal and a ground point. In the power supply control circuit, the discharging means is turned ON once the high-voltage input monitor circuit detects the voltage at the high-voltage input start terminal staying at a predetermined voltage value or higher continuously for a predetermined time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
