Abstract:
To provide a semipermeable membrane support having few defects of a semipermeable membrane.SOLUTION: Concerning a semipermeable membrane support comprising a nonwoven fabric containing main synthetic fibers and binder synthetic fibers, in a tape peeling test, there is no detachment of a fiber bundle existing in a bundle shape in the state where the side faces of three or more fibers are in close contact with each other in parallel. In the semipermeable membrane support, more preferably, the nonwoven fabric is a wet nonwoven fabric, and in a wet type paper-making method, a surface in contact with a paper-making net is a surface where a semipermeable membrane of the semipermeable membrane support is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: None
