PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server capable of providing a vehicle with a charging control method suitable for a billing system of a charging stand.SOLUTION: In a server 30, a control device determines a charging control method of a power storage device of a vehicle 20 according to information on a billing system received from a charging stand 10 and information on the power storage device received from the vehicle 20. Then, the control device controls a communication device to transmit information indicating the determined charging control method to the vehicle 20. According to the server 30, the vehicle 20 can use an optimal charging control method of the power storage device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
