Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-toughness, high-strength mortar composition that is capable of promptly exhibiting a high compressive strength only by cold curing and is capable of reducing autogenous shrinkage strain.SOLUTION: The high-toughness, high-strength mortar composition comprises cement, a silica fume, water, a water reducing agent, a defoaming agent, an expansive agent, a shrinkage reducing agent, a fine aggregate and a high-tension fiber. The cement comprises 40.0-75.0 mass% CS and <2.7 mass% CA and leaves <8.0 mass% residue on a 45 μm sieve, and the fine aggregate comprises 15-85 mass% particles having a particle size of ≤0.15 mm and 3-20 mass% particles having a particle size of ≤0.075 mm.
