Abstract:
To provide a shaft cleaning system which can deal with cleaning of various kinds of shafts.SOLUTION: A shaft cleaning system includes: a robot 3 installed in a cleaning device 2; a transport device 7 which may transport a shaft; a camera 4 which images the shaft transported by the transport device 7; recognition means which recognizes a two dimensional shape of the shaft imaged by the camera 4; diameter detecting means which detects a large diameter portion from the two dimensional shape of the shaft recognized by the recognition means; center point detecting means which detects a center point of the large diameter portion of the shaft detected by the diameter detecting means; and height detecting means which causes the robot 3 to operate toward the center point detected by the center point detecting means to detect a height of the shaft.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
