Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food packaging sheet excellent in food fungicidal property, a food packaging container composed by such a food packaging sheet and a food package including food covered by the food packaging container.SOLUTION: There is provided a food packaging sheet used for packaging food and having a base material layer composed of a resin material. The essential oil component having fungicidal property is blended in the base material layer. The essential oil component is characterized by containing the compounds represented by CnHmOp (n, m, p are the integers satisfying the following expressions: 8≤n≤12, 8≤m≤24 and 1≤p≤5), and preferably contains the compound represented by CnHmOp in the rate of 20% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
