This vessel 100 includes a complex type energy-saving propulsion device 10 for the vessel provided with a duct 20 with internal small blades having a cylindrical duct body 21 arranged at a stern part in front of a propeller 2 and the plurality of small blades 22s provided in the duct body 21 and mounted on a port side and a starboard side of the stern part, and a rudder 30 with fins provided with a pair of rudders 3 arranged on a rear side of the propeller 2 and fins provided at each of the inside of the pair of rudders 3.
