PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shipping work support technique capable of improving the work efficiency of a worker.SOLUTION: The shipping work support method includes the steps of: receiving an input of an image of commodity code which represents at least one commodity code for identifying a type of a commodity to be shipped; acquiring the commodity code on the basis of the image of the commodity code; receiving an input of a location image; acquiring a start point code based on the location image; acquiring a destination position code associated with the commodity code; and outputting a piece of information which represents a relative positional relationship between the point identified by the start point code and the point identified by the destination position code.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
