PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side frame structure which can be utilized as means for supporting both ends of a rack horizontal structure, is excellent in strength and can be implemented at a relatively low cost.SOLUTION: Each lattice material 10a, 10b of a cross lattice 4a installed between a front and rear pair of support pillars 3a, 3b has a width of a half of the width between left and right both side plates 7 of the support pillars 3a, 3b. At free end parts of the two lattice materials 10a, 10b of the cross lattice 4a positioned at the end in the height direction of the support pillar, each outer end part of two horizontal rod-like bodies 12a, 12b of a width same as these lattice materials and of a length shorter than the spacing between the front and rear pair of support pillars is superimposed to each other and sandwiched between the left and right both side plates 7 of the support pillar, and is attached between the left and right both side plates 7 of the support pillar by a bolt/nut 17 which penetrates these. Two horizontal rod-like bodies 12a, 12b, positions of which are deviated to each other in the left and right traverse direction, are coupled and united at the inner end side, to constitute one horizontal coupling body 5a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
