Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for silently driving an expansion plug using a push-in rod of a simple configuration, at an appropriate position.SOLUTION: In a method to drive an anchor pin, an anchor pipe 28 is inserted into a prepared hole 27 on a concrete building frame 25, an expansion plug 33 inserted inside is driven, and a tip slit 32 expands to anchor the anchor pipe 28 in the prepared hole 27. A male screw part 38 of a push-in rod 36 is screwed into a female screw part 35 inside the anchor pipe 28, and a flange part 29 at an opening edge of the anchor pipe 28 is adhered on an opening of the prepared hole 27 in a way that prevents co-rotation. The expansion plug 33 is pushed out silently by a tip rod 37 at a tip of the push-in rod 36 as the male screw part 38 penetrates while being screwed, thus expanding a tip part 31 and anchoring the anchor pipe in the prepared hole 27.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
