Abstract:
To improve a turning performance of a skeg ship in a shallow water area.SOLUTION: A skeg ship comprises: skegs provided on the bottom of a stern along a hull longitudinal direction and including at least a first skeg and a second skeg provided at an interval in a hull width direction with respect to the first skeg; a propeller shaft supported by the skegs and projecting backward from the skegs; and a propeller fixed on the propeller shaft. At least one channel which is opened to outer and inner surfaces of the skeg ship and is communicated with the outer and inner surfaces of the skeg ship is formed at least in one of the first skeg or the second skeg.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
