Abstract:
A sliding device comprising a door opening drum (23A) that winds a door opening cable (24A), a door closing drum (23B) that winds a door closing cable (24B), a motor (22), a circuit board (53) that controls rotation of the motor (22), and a speed reduction mechanism that transfers the rotation of the motor (22) to the door opening drum (23A) and the door closing drum (23B). The speed reduction mechanism includes a first gear (22B) that is fixed to an output shaft (22A) of the motor (22), and a second gear (30) that meshes with the first gear (22B). A first case (50) supporting the door opening drum (23A), the door closing drum (23B), and the second gear (30) has a shaft bearing (56) that rotatably supports a rotary shaft (30B) of the second gear (30) and from which the distal end (30E) of the rotary shaft (30B) projects. A second case (51) supporting the motor (22) and the circuit board (53) has a fitting part (61) into which the distal end (30E) of the rotary shaft (30B) fits.
