Abstract:
To provide a sliding door device capable of reducing the height dimension of a transom composed of horizontal frame members, etc.SOLUTION: A frame 10 has a top portion 11a extending in the left-right direction facing the upper-end portion of a door body. A traction device 60 includes: a body case 61; a winding body 62 that is rotatably housed in the body case 61 and is biased in the winding rotation direction; and a string-like member 64 with one end fixed to the winding body 62 and the other end extended out from the body case 61 and fixed to the door body. The total length in the winding axial direction is smaller than the total length in the winding radial direction. The frame is located at a height between the door body and the top portion 11a with the winding axis direction along the vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
