To provide a sliding door which can secure ventilation while maintaining the aesthetic property.SOLUTION: A sliding door 1, which is provide with a frame body 10 arranged in an opening section of a building and an opening/closing body 20 for opening/closing the opening section, includes; an abutment member 80 arranged between the door end vertical frame 11 and the opening/closing body 20, the abutment member 80 being configured such that the abutment member 80 abuts the door end vertical frame 11 and the opening/closing body 20 in the fully closed state; and a vent passage 90 formed by cooperating with the door end frame 11 in the fully closed state, the vent passage 90 being configured to cause air to be vented from one of the depth direction to the other of the sliding door 1 via the vent path 90.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
