Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize hydraulic power utilized in small-scale hydraulic power generation as a water for initial hydrant at the time of fire disaster because most intermediate mountainous areas suitable for small-scale power generation have fire extinction facilities not being maintained and narrow enter roads for a fire engine, and are a severe environment for fire extinction activity.SOLUTION: A hydrant valve 3 and a gate valve 4 is provided in the middle of a water guide pipe 2 guiding water from an upper part water source 1 to a small-scale power generator 5. At the time of fire disaster, a fire hose is mounted to the hydrant valve 3, the hydrant valve 3 is opened, and the gate valve 4 is closed, so that water is jetted from the fire hose to contribute to initial fire extinction.
