According to one embodiment, the electromagnetic valve comprises the components of a coil which is wound around a central shaft which extends along the axial direction; an annular part which is made of a magnetic material, is positioned on one side of the coil in the axial direction, and surrounds the central shaft; a magnetic body part located on the other side of the coil in the axial direction; a cylindrical part which is made of a magnetic material and surrounds the coil on the radial outer side of the coil; a movable element, at least a part of which is made of a magnetic material and which is disposed on the inside in the radial direction of the coil so as to be movable in the axial direction; a valve part which is located on one side of the movable element in the axial direction and which opens and closes in accordance with the movement of the movable element; and a resin member having a covering portion covering the coil. The resin member is a single member and holds the annular portion and the valve portion. When viewed in the axial direction, the radial outer edge portion of the annular portion has: a first outer edge portion having an arc shape extending in the circumferential direction around the central axis; and a second outer edge portion having a smaller radial distance from the central shaft than the first outer edge portion. The second outer edge portion is exposed from the resin member. As a result, productivity of the solenoid valve can be improved.
