Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a solid state imaging sensor equipped with a microlens and a plurality of photoelectric conversion parts for a unit pixel, capable of reducing a dead band between the photoelectric conversion parts and increasing an area of the photoelectric conversion parts.SOLUTION: In the solid state imaging sensor equipped with a microlens and a plurality of photoelectric conversion parts for a unit pixel, a first unit pixel is so configured that a plurality of photoelectric conversion parts arranged in a first direction share a floating diffusion part provided in the first direction, and a second unit pixel is so configured that a plurality of photoelectric conversion parts arranged in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction share a floating diffusion part provided in the second direction, wherein the first unit pixel and the second unit pixel are alternately arranged in a matrix shape.
